Although the forecast was for rain, I was hopeful that I would see the last and only full lunar eclipse of 2010, especially when the rising moon was visible. Sara and I stayed up late in the hope that the sky would be clear-ish and we were rewarded! We watched the very hazy moon disappear, both in the shadow of the earth and behind clouds.
Events like this (and the two sunny top-down-car kind of days) make these loooong nights tolerable!
Update: 1:04 am I don't think the moon is coming back. Too many clouds.
