Camping weekend

(Emme, Cora, Abagail and Sara at our 'Lookout Rock')

We hosted a Brownie camp-in at the cabin this weekend. There were hikes and camping skills learned and a picnic at the beach. The girls earned 2 Try-it badges! The most fun was sleeping in the tent trailer, all specially cleaned for this occasion*. (The Gehry-esque driftwood structure at the beach!)

* backstory: Greg wanted to test drive the camper last weekend and suggested a camp-out with Sara in the driveway. BUT over the winter a mouse family had made a nest! So, instead of the camp-out there was a massive cleaning and sanitizing effort.
